The Selection Process

The Selection Process for the Teaching Track commences with a Written Subject Test & an Analytical Ability Test. Candidates are shortlisted on this basis. Shortlisted candidates go through Group Discussion, Model Lecture & an In-person Interview to gauge their Entrepreneurial Mindset (specific way of thinking & approaching situations to identify opportunities, take calculated risks, and create value in various contexts).

Training

Selected faculty have to undergo training at Delhi after joining. However, training can happen at any Neet Bharath Tutorials, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Centre location. During / After completion of training, the candidates may be chosen to be placed in any of the categories, based on their communication, personality outlook, personality traits, IQ and performance in various parameters of training.
